Softening Ground Circles

An Invitation to Sit by the Fire of What Matters

You are warmly invited into a circle that is not about answers, outcomes, or optimization.

This is a space for the ones who feel tired of performing, fixing, or “improving” themselves.
It’s for those aching for a slower rhythm.
Those longing to listen more deeply—to the land, to their bodies, to each other.
Those ready to tend to the threads fraying in our relational lives.
Those who know in their bones that what is sacred can’t be sold, but it can be shared.

Our circles are not performance-driven. They are rhythm-held.
They flow with ritual, story, silence, and shared presence.
You are invited to bring all of yourself—the grief, the wonder, the fatigue, the longing.

Here, we practice the art of being with what is.
We weave connection not through performance, but through presence.

If this stirs something ancient in you, you’re already part of the circle.
You just haven’t arrived yet.

What Is a Women’s Circle?

Women’s circles are ancient.
They’ve existed for millennia across cultures and lands—as spaces where women gather to share stories, grieve, dream, and remember who they are beyond roles and expectations.

Long before social media or self-help trends, circles were hearths.
They held births and deaths, laughter and silence.
They were woven from trust, not transaction.

In modern times, women’s circles have re-emerged as a response to something many of us feel deep in our bones:
🌀 the disconnection of fast-paced life,
🌀 the pressure to perform and perfect,
🌀 the longing for spaces where we can be witnessed—not fixed.

A circle is not a workshop or seminar.
It’s a ritual space. A pause in the noise. A remembering.

What to Expect in This Circle

This is a guided but not prescriptive space. Each circle typically includes:

💫 Opening ritual to ground us and enter the shared field
💫 Check-ins to gently land together
💫 Themes or prompts offered through poetry, reflection, or guided questions
💫 Time for silence, journaling, or body-listening
💫 Sharing circle (never required) to witness each other in trust and care
💫 Closing practice to honour what’s moved

You are welcome exactly as you are.
No performance. No need to speak unless you feel called.
We honor your rhythms, your no’s, your tears, your wisdom.

Who This Is For

✨ Women and femmes who are longing for slower, sacred connection
✨ Those in transitions—grieving, growing, reshaping
✨ Anyone tired of the cult of “doing more”
✨ Those who crave tenderness, truth, and togetherness

Circle is not therapy.
It’s not a coaching session or productivity hack.
It’s a hearth—a space of warmth, wonder, and woven presence.

When and where are they held

Online every fourth Sunday of the month at 9:30am

I completed my circle facilitation training in 2019 with Sister Stories, and now hold regular monthly online women’s circles, and later this year in-person circles.
