1:1 Coaching

Coaching is a really great collaborative conversation that helps you gain clarity and insight.  A conversation where you feel truly seen, heard, challenged and supported to develop, flourish and thrive.  Coaching supports you to connect with yourself, your inner wisdom and resources to find your way forward.

As we walk together on this coaching conversation, we weave a confidential non-judgemental space where you can see yourself more clearly, reflect deeply, explore what’s important for you and what you want to change or create in your life. By helping you dig deep and develop greater self-awareness, I enable you to explore new possibilities, unblock barriers and soar high.

As a qualified coach with over 10 years experience, I describe my coaching style as compassionate curiosity and I bring traditional coaching, mindfulness, mentoring and lived experiences. 

The coaching process starts with building a picture of where you are right now.  What’s going on in your life and what’s drawn you to coaching.  Following some diagnostic work, we’ll work out what your coaching focus is.  We shape your sessions and programme together so that it provides challenge, but also lots of support.
