In its simplest form, coaching is a really great conversation. A conversation where you feel truly seen, heard, challenged and supported to develop, flourish and thrive. Who doesn’t need that right now!

During a coaching relationship we weave a dedicated safe space where you can:
See yourself more clearly exploring your habits, behaviours and world views,
Identify the value you add to the communities you’re a part of,
Think deeply and problem solve,
Say what you need to say without fear of criticism or judgement,
Explore how to get out of your own way, and
Learn that you are enough.
My coaching style is non-directive and holistic and I’m supported by practices in developing insight, compassion, presence and appreciation. By helping you dig deep and develop greater self-awareness, I enable you to explore new possibilities, unblock barriers to success and soar high.
The coaching process starts with building a picture of where you are right now. What’s going on in your life and what’s drawn you to coaching. Following some diagnostic work, that might include some tools like VIA Character Strengths or EQi 2.0, we’ll work out what your coaching focus is. And we’ll shape a programme that supports and challenges accordingly.
