An elderly woman with curly gray hair sitting on a wooden garden bench, smiling while holding a cup, surrounded by lush green plants and pink flowers. She is wearing a white and blue plaid shirt, and there are decorative items on the bench, including a small white stuffed bear, candles, and rocks. A ceramic cat-shaped statue is visible in the background.

I’m so pleased you’re here.

I’m an artist and companion to those navigating transitions, thresholds, and the quiet ache of knowing old ways no longer work.

After over 30 years in Organisational Development and HR across the NHS, local government, and the third sector, I’ve stepped away from institutional rhythms to return to something slower, sacred, and deeply relational.

I now offer circles, coaching, and creative practices for those navigating transition and quiet rebellion—those longing to remember who they are beyond performance.

I hold space not to fix, but to witness. Not to advise, but to attune. Not to speed up, but to soften.

This work is rooted in Deep Inner Listening, Co-Creation with Nature, and Love in Action. It’s guided by the Warrior for the Human Spirit path and the vow of the Children’s Fire: showing up with compassion and clarity, even when change feels impossible.

If something in these words stirs something in you, perhaps this is a path we can walk together.

With love in action,

A wooden bench with small rocks, flowers, pinecones, a candle, and handwritten notes on a notebook.
